WOW EATS Concierge Ordering Terms

1. WOW EATS service model

WOW EATS is a concierge ordering and delivery coordination service. Customers may request that WOW EATS place an order on their behalf or coordinate delivery for an order the customer has already placed.

WOW EATS is not a restaurant, retailer, pharmacy, grocery store, or product manufacturer. WOW EATS does not prepare food, sell regulated products directly, or represent any business unless clearly stated.

2. Order For Me requests

By submitting an Order For Me request, you authorize WOW EATS to contact the restaurant, store, bakery, retailer, pharmacy, grocery store, food truck, cottage food seller, or other business you select, confirm availability and pricing, place the order on your behalf when appropriate, and coordinate delivery.

Menu prices, product prices, taxes, fees, item availability, substitutions, preparation times, pickup rules, and order acceptance are controlled by the business fulfilling the order.

3. Payment verification and final charges

WOW EATS may place a temporary card verification hold before confirming your order. After the restaurant’s final total and delivery fee are confirmed, WOW EATS may update the authorization and capture the final approved amount for food, delivery, and any optional tip.

If an order cannot be completed, WOW EATS may cancel the authorization. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly pending holds are released.

4. Deliver My Existing Order

For existing order delivery requests, the customer is responsible for placing and paying for the order directly with the restaurant, store, retailer, or other business. WOW EATS coordinates pickup and delivery based on the details provided by the customer.

5. Delivery

Delivery fees are based on the estimated distance from the selected business location to the customer’s delivery address. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by business preparation time, courier availability, traffic, weather, and other conditions outside WOW EATS’ control.

6. Restricted and regulated items

WOW EATS may refuse requests involving alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, cannabis, weapons, illegal items, age-restricted items, prescription medications, or any item that cannot legally or safely be purchased, transported, or delivered. Over-the-counter pharmacy items and household essentials may be handled only where legally permitted and subject to availability.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and adjustments are reviewed based on the status of the restaurant order, payment authorization, courier dispatch, and delivery progress. Once a restaurant has accepted or prepared an order, cancellation options may be limited.

7. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate restaurant information, order details, delivery addresses, phone numbers, and delivery instructions. Incorrect information may delay or prevent order fulfillment.

Store Orders and Delivery Fees

🛍️ Store orders are limited to a maximum of 20 items. Restaurant orders are not subject to this limit.

WOW EATS may limit grocery, retail, pharmacy, convenience store, bakery, florist, pet supply, and other non-restaurant orders to a maximum of 20 items per order. WOW EATS reserves the right to modify, divide, or decline orders that exceed operational limitations.

In some instances, store or retail orders may require additional handling due to order size, item quantity, pickup requirements, wait times, or other operational factors. WOW EATS will contact the customer prior to finalizing the order if the delivery charge exceeds the estimated amount.
