2.1. WOW EATS provides a platform connecting customers with restaurants and third-party delivery partners.
2.2. Order Acceptance: Once you place an order, it is sent to the restaurant. The contract for the supply of food is between you and the restaurant. WOW EATS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability or errors in pricing.
2.3. Modifications: Once an order is placed and accepted by the restaurant, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
3. Pricing, Fees, and Payment
3.1. Pricing Policy: All prices are listed in United States format. Prices listed on our platform may differ from the restaurant’s in-store menu due to frequent price fluctuations and a modest service markup applied to support platform operations. Your final, accurate total will be calculated and confirmed at checkout.
3.2. You will be charged for the cost of food, applicable taxes, delivery fees, and service fees.
3.3. Payment: We accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Your payment method will be charged at the time the order is processed.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. WOW EATS is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, restaurant preparation times, or other circumstances outside our control.
4.2. Delivery Location: You are responsible for providing a correct and safe delivery address. If the driver cannot reach you or access the location, the order may be cancelled without a refund.
5. Alcohol and Restricted Items
5.1. WOW EATS does not sell, serve, or deliver alcohol or any other age-restricted products.
5.2. By using our Service, you acknowledge that all orders are limited strictly to standard food and non-alcoholic beverage items.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1. If there is an issue with your order, including missing items, incorrect order, or delivery-related issues, you must contact WOW EATS customer support within 2 hours of delivery.
Please be advised that WOW EATS acts solely as an intermediary for order processing and delivery services. As such, our liability is strictly limited to issues directly pertaining to the processing and delivery of your order. Concerns regarding food quality, preparation, taste, ingredients, or restaurant-related health standards are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.
6.2. Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of WOW EATS and may be issued as original payment or store credit.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to bypass or hack any security features of the Site.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten delivery partners or customer service staff.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional codes or discounts.
8. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
8.1. All original content, features, and functionality on order.woweats.net, including the WOW EATS logo, text, graphics, and platform content, are the exclusive property of WOW EATS and/or WOW GLOBAL.
8.2. Third-Party Trademarks: Restaurant names, logos, trademarks, and menu information are the property of their respective owners. WOW EATS does not own or claim rights to third-party restaurant trademarks. Restaurant names and menu references are used solely for identification and informational purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. WOW EATS is a platform and is not responsible for the preparation, safety, or quality of food provided by restaurants.
9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOW EATS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using WOW EATS, you consent to such processing.
