WOW EATS collects only the information needed to coordinate concierge ordering, payment verification, customer support, and delivery.

Selected restaurant, store, bakery, retailer, pharmacy, grocery store, food truck, cottage food seller, or other pickup location.
Requested items, order details, product preferences, substitutions, and special instructions.
Pickup details for existing orders.
Delivery address, city, state, ZIP code, and delivery instructions.
Payment verification and transaction details processed through Square.
Messages or support requests sent to WOW EATS.

Payment information

WOW EATS uses Square to securely process card verification holds, authorization updates, and payment captures. WOW EATS does not store full payment card numbers on its website.

How we use information

We use customer information to confirm requests with restaurants, stores, retailers, and other businesses, calculate delivery distance and fees, coordinate courier pickup and delivery, send order updates, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

Sharing information
